By using Techinika TV (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
The Site publishes video content about technology, startups, and innovation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content without written consent.
- Redistribute, re-upload, or commercially exploit our videos without a licence.
- Attempt to disrupt the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or bypass access controls.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
3. Embeds and third parties
Video playback is provided by YouTube and Vimeo under their own terms. Their availability is outside our control, and a video may be unavailable at any time.
4. Intellectual property
All Site content — including episode titles, descriptions, transcripts, artwork, and branding — is owned by Techinika or its licensors. Short quotations with clear attribution and a link back are welcome. Anything beyond that requires written permission.
5. Contributions
If you appear in an episode or send us material, you grant Techinika a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, publish, and distribute it as part of the Site. You keep ownership of your material and confirm that you have the right to grant this licence.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Content is informational and does not constitute business, investment, or legal advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techinika is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
